Pros

The people that work here are extremely knowledgeable, very dedicated, loyal and delightful to work with. You learn so much from. There people here willing to take you under their wings and mentor you. They will help you grow professionally and personally.

Cons

Some of these same employees are under paid and under appreciated. No on-boarding process or proper training in place Upper management doesn't have a full understanding of the work load and what it entails to get it done
