your coworkers will be your only saving grace.

Cons

i came in to the company told there would be a lot of opportunity. complete lie. more than 20 people have resigned since i started. i no longer want to work in news after this experience. HORRRRRIBLE PTO. 10 days for the first 5 years. no flexibility for remote work. no opportunity for growth unless you happen to be a favorite for a short time period.

Pros

Is a big name to put on your resume. Is really easy to get in. As long as you can speak Spanish and English they will hire you.

Cons

Don't have a lot resources to do accurate reporting. Will often require you to spend your own money. Are very bias toward showing only one side of the story. You have no editorial decision about what will be published under your name.

Pros

Ability to grow in different areas of the company which provided great opportunities. Benefits are very good.

Cons

There are some talented people at the company but unfortunately there’s a lack of proper leadership in certain departments with lack of recognition or support to the team. After the merger, there was no sense of team.
