      You can get flexibility in work arrangements for emergency

      Cons

      Hard to grow or make a career as I found many racist or prejudice people. Diversity and inclusion is a joke. They took diversity program established for a minority and turned it into a program for all minorities when they could’ve just established another program.

      managers and directors are disconnected. There’s no reason for most managers to lead teams bc they don’t anything.
