      Great coworkers that supported each other.

      Cons

      After working for the company for 3 years they decided I made too much money and wanted to reduce my salary by $10,000 a year. As a customer, when I went on maternity leave they would not pay my STD for several weeks. I had to use my vacation first and then they would not cover the first 2 weeks.
