Low pay, tracking of attendance to office and lack of leadership listening to employee feedback

Toxic work environment. Micromanagement toward clinical staff by managers that have absolutely no clinical background, knowledge or experience. There’s an issue with severe ego driven management. Retaliation and manipulation is huge within this company. The pay is definitely not competitive enough especially for the constant harassment that employees must endure.
