Pros

Flexibility to work from home, allowing for better balance between personal and professional responsibilities A strong, family-like culture where colleagues support each other both professionally and personally

Cons

As with many large financial institutions, the pace of change can be gradual. While this provides stability, it can also make it challenging to quickly implement initiatives that create a meaningful impact for both employees and clients. Additionally, while remote work was a benefit, limitations placed on at-home employees’ ability to apply for and advance into new roles created challenges for career growth.

Pros

Benefits and a nice office. Oh and a nice coffee.

Cons

Joined a really positive business with clear values. Leadership change and that whole culture has been destroyed in favour of nepotism, game playing of ancient Rome political betrayal levels in only a few years. Forced office mandate enforced by spreadsheets, complete layoff of all skilled and experienced staff to higher elevate senior management. Everyone's jittery about their jobs, cost cutting has started at silly levels and they preach they want to help everyone with wellbeing. Can only see a downward spiral from here with this toxic environment.
