Pros
-Work-Home life balance is fantastic. Working from home 3 days per week and “on your own schedule,” as long as it’s within operational business hours. This gives you the ability to get the most out of each day. -The teams I’ve been apart of so far have all been very supportive, informative, and efficient, not to mention the kindness of everyone here. -The educational trainings are done for your success and your team’s success. They prepare you to perform well, and to grow within the company. Growth opportunities are HUGE here!
Cons
-The only con, and it’s really not a con, is the 30min timeframe for lunch break. If anything I actually enjoy it because that makes the day go by even faster than a full hour lunch.
