They did role reviews stating they would be looking in to titles and pay to adjust the roles to what work is actually done. After the long reviews,Unum will tell you “ many” people got salary increases with the new roles. That is not true. A lot of employees got even more responsibility with no increase in salary. Unum is also pushing everyone to go back into the office that lives within 75 miles of an office , 2 days a week. Employees are pushing back. It’s falling on deaf ears.
