      They track every second and if you aren’t taking phone calls with less than an 8 SECOND break inbetween you get in trouble

      Pros

      Great pay and benefits, work is relatively easy. Lots of PTO. If you have kids or family that needs support this is perfect for you. Does offer some work from home options. Pretty easy to move up if you are a good worker.

      Cons

      The work gets very repetitive and draining after so long, they will overwork you if you let them. Very important to set boundaries for your work-life balance.

      Pros

      I enjoy my work at Unum, it's challenging and interesting work. You feel like you're working on things that actually matter. Excellent development opportunities to grow your weaker skills. I love that I get to work with smart people every day on cool projects. Flexible hybrid work schedule, and a good work-life balance in my current role.

      Cons

      Hotel style office setup which isn't my style - but this is honestly the way every company is probably going to go now with hybrid work. My experiences with the cafeteria food have not been great.
