      Pros

      PTO, 401k, and other benefits are good for the area.

      Cons

      There seems to be an effort to replace all the domestic IT workers with contract workers off shore and on shore. There is little opportunity in Information Technology unless you are in the preferred group. Many many extremely knowledgeabe tech workers have been replaced and there are serious technical and application knowledge deficits across many areas as a result. I CANNOT recommend Unum for an Information Technology with the current leadership.
