Pros

great company culture overall, good pay for just starting out in professional career, long and in-depth training program

Cons

widespread burn-out, disjointed departments/company, Small Business Consultants have no time to sell due to being overloaded with service tasks on former and current accounts (extremely little internal support)

Pros

Work at home. Allows 40 hours a week. Good benefits. Really friendly teammates.

Cons

Boring, lack of rewards, and low pay for the workload and knowledge. You don't talk to any teammates all day so it can be very lonely and repetitive work. Lots of learning regarding Federal and state laws. Mandatory OverTime all the time so expect to work 45 to 50 hours a week.
