They give you a decent amount of assignments.
Cons
They constantly change upper management and their policies. You get no help or response if you need help or want to report an issue, but they will come down on you like a ton of bricks lightning fast if they get the least thing said about you, without getting an explanation from you first. So much pressure and not enough support.
