Pros

Working at Uum has been an absolute delight and an experience worth cherishing. From the moment I joined the organization, I felt a sense of belonging and an incredible opportunity to grow both personally and professionally. I am grateful to be part of such an exceptional company that truly values its employees. One of the most impressive aspects of Unum is its supportive and inclusive work culture. Right from day one, I was welcomed with open arms by my colleagues and superiors. The teamwork and camaraderie within the organization are truly remarkable. Everyone is willing to lend a helping hand, share knowledge, and collaborate towards a common goal. It creates an environment where everyone feels motivated and encouraged to give their best. The leadership at Unum is exceptional. The management team truly understands the importance of nurturing talent and empowering their employees. They provide clear guidance, set realistic expectations, and encourage creativity and innovation. I have always felt supported and appreciated for my contributions. The open-door policy allows for effective communication, enabling everyone to share their ideas and concerns freely.

Cons

There seems to be a disconnect between the developers and the infrastructure engineers. It would be nice to have a change coordinate to announce new technical products

Pros

Good pay, Benefits and 401k. I’m

Cons

This company is making some unethical decisions such as outsourcing American jobs to 3rd world countries, and actively moving American workers out of their current roles to accommodate this. It is clear that quality is suffering due to this, but pursuing a path that saves them money seems to have won out.
