The culture at Unum is the best I've encountered in my career. They've created a supportive environment where people are kind to one another, Senior Leadership is approachable and people can be themselves at work. The benefits are great too - an on-site fitness center, a cafeteria where healthy food is subsidized, the ability to work remotely 3 days a week and a very strong 401K match.
