      Great benefit options, yearly bonuses, job security as long as you care about performing well, hybrid(evolving expectations), good middle management,

      Cons

      Hybrid schedule requires you to be in office 3 days a week regardless of company closure days, PTO is only granted to two people per team for any given day, limited growth opportunities, unreasonable work loads, work-life balance declining, evolving job responsibilities outside the scope of job description, outsourcing call center to unqualified workers

      Check is on time is the only perk

      Cons

      No advancement. No pay raise in 6 years. Processing like assembly line. High School Environment. Bias. Punished for finishing your work so they throw others work on you. The amount of pay for the amount of work is ridiculous. You never see any one of color being promoted to management especially in Costco.
