Once my target goals were not met for one day, I was constantly monitored by my manager. This was after two years of exceeding my goals and working 50 hours a week for almost two years and mandatory overtime

Often overworking employees. Does not offer cost of living adjustments. Claims to support work/life balance but does not provide the opportunity for it. Will spend money each year on new benefits to provide to employees, but employees have more benefits than they can use.
