Horrible communication Constant last minute overtime expectations. Unachievable goals. Management does not follow their own policies they hold employees too.

Employees that been with company over 10-20 years taking advantage of employees with company less than 5 years. They act like they're leaving early to get case load transferred to another specialist and come back to and get all the case files that were completed by other agents without the other agent being credited. I don't think this is entirely the companies' fault but if a Specialist does this as a pattern no matter how long they been with a company it should be work avoidance, This is why the turnover rate is so high No longer remote positions and this maybe the reason why You can't apply to other positions unless the team receives an email that its okay and only a few can
