      Great benefits! Annual bonus structure.

      Cons

      Hard to level up within the company. Almost impossible. Most jobs are lateral moves. Constantly demanding more and more from employees and rarely reviewing exceptional work as exceptional. Must take $ from another to give to someone else on the annual bonus. This means most people rate as average and get a lower bonus.
