      The people are nice, location is very good with on site parking, benefits package is comprehensive and the hours are very flexible

      Cons

      Stress, high workload, no progression, awful systems, poor management structure, high pressure, no incentives to work hard and poor pay

      Pros

      GREAT PEOPLE WORK THERE! Employees are incredible team members. The benefits, learning opportunities, potential for growth and development, and cafeteria are stellar too.

      Cons

      Senior Management does NOT care about employees. They ask for input to changes, claim to have open door policy but don't leverage feedback that's provided. Furthermore, if you're a senior leader or preferred employee, HR overlooks tangible indicators that you should be disciplined for poor performance or behavior. The Senior Management team has not mastered the art of balancing the goals of the company with the needs of its greatest assets (workforce).
