      Pros

      Competitive salaries with generous benefits and paid time off. Management seems very willing to help you continue with career development.

      Cons

      Recent college graduates from private colleges with no experience are placed into higher roles than individuals who have public university degrees and are excelling int he workplace. This can be very frustrating to sit back and watch while you have to prove your worth against that of a recent graduate.

      Pros

      Excellent attention to work life balance on a corporate level (depends on your manager and what department you work for). Great medical, dental and vision benefits, including decent 401k matching, and ability to purchase Unum's voluntary benefits products at a good price such as Group Critical Illness insurance, long term care insurance, etc. 10,000 employees worldwide to network with.

      Cons

      Corporate red tape as at any large company.
