      Pros

      Ok building and clean offices. Benefits and PTO are satisfactory. Most non-management staff are nice to work with. Flex hours.

      Cons

      Absolutely no room for growth. Very little transferrable skills, so finding a job out of here is difficult. Management is out of touch. Employment surveys are said to be anonymous but are not. This results in any constructive feedback viewed with disdain by management. This will negatively impact any potential promotions and raises. Lack of flexibility or concern for situations of DBS'. DBS seen as disposable and environment is punitive. Most new trainees quit very quickly once they see for themselves the situation.

      Benefits are decent, ok offices, there is not anything else to say besides that. The pros are vastly outweighed by the cons

      Management is terrible, pay is below average for the field, the products are subpar, and the company is not headed in a good direction.
