      Lovely office in beautiful surroundings, good benefits and pay

      Cons

      Very old fashioned company which comes from poor and old boys school leadership. What modern company do you know that still hires a chauffer that lives on site?! People in the team were rude, unprofessional and back biting and company says its caring but isn't - you are clock watched and it is frowned upon to work from home. The company spends more time 'caring for the community' then it does its own employees! Some jobs just don't need to exist in some departments and yet others are under resourced. Risk adverse and objectives unclear.

      Good training and facilities, flexibility on work times, lot of paid time

      Cons

      Low pay, senior management appeared to be clueless and were sent from the US, progression was low and most young staff left for better prospects

      The workplace culture was difficult and shaped by gossip, favouritism, and office politics, which created a stressful environment for employees. Staff turnover was very high, with the same role being repeatedly advertised due to people leaving or being dismissed regularly. There was also a constant sense of pressure around job security, with Performance Improvement Plans frequently mentioned in a threatening way.
