      Pros

      Was able to work full time from home within 2 years of starting at Unum. They offered a good salary and great benefits.

      Cons

      Working during Covid was difficult as there was a hiring freeze so we were given more and more work. During the course of a year we had to work mandatory overtime during the week and then this extended to the weekend. By the time I left most of us were working mandatory 6 days a week.
