      - Have plenty of managers, but a lack of leaders - Some mangers are bullies - Lack of management accountability - store to make decisions - Too many business area silos

      Pros

      I've been with the company 3 years and I'm very happy with it. Pay is competitive with Dublin, and includes full pension, life cover and full health cover for the family. The working environment is very good, air conditioned office, stand-sit desks with ergonomic chairs. All my equipment is top of the line. Fresh fruit twice a week and onsite gym. People are sound too. If you live near Carlow, no traffic to get to work!

      Cons

      Not too many, to be honest. Projects can be slow at times and are sometimes slowed down by politics. Sometimes it can be bureaucratic, but that's not evident in the Carlow office, more from the US side of things. I think that culture is dying off a bit though.
