      Pros

      Positive work environment, respectful culture, strong commitment to customer experience. We've grown a lot over the last few years and have gone through signficant, yet positive changes.

      Cons

      we're lucky to work for such a strong company. Lots of change, which can be challenging, but we're all in it togther.

      Pros

      Competitive salaries with generous benefits and paid time off. Management seems very willing to help you continue with career development.

      Cons

      Recent college graduates from private colleges with no experience are placed into higher roles than individuals who have public university degrees and are excelling int he workplace. This can be very frustrating to sit back and watch while you have to prove your worth against that of a recent graduate.
