You don’t take ownership of your work, you can pick things up half way through. You’re unappreciated and the salary definitely reflects this. For a company that deals with sickness and benefits they are absolutely awful in house if anything happens to you. You can break your ankle, spend the night in hospital and they’d still expect you in first thing and make you feel guilty for saying you can’t. Their turnover of employees says it all.
