      Org is trying hard to be innovative.

      Cons

      Benefits/salary not competitive, lack of strong leadership and decision making from the very top leads in inability to execute at the middle and down, culture is very old school. For a company that isn't THAT big, there is a lot of misalignment of leadership/organizational goals, in-fighting and silos.

      management is a loose cannon. lots of long term directors doing the same things since 1986. not a lot of accountability for them.
