      So far 4 stars .Mostly because it is remote and you do receive support from your peers if needed.

      Back to back calls. A lot of information given with training with little time to retain it before it’s put to use.

      Micromanaged, harassed by supervisor, poor training, retaliated against after making complaints against supervisor. Lied to about job duties In interview. My disability was a problem for my supervisor

      Pros

      Lots of vacation time allotted.

      Cons

      Inattentive management's inadequate staffing levels means one invariably returns to a disastrous pile up upon returning from vacation. When one talks to other employees, about 3/4's want to quit their jobs because of inadequate staffing and concomitant unrealistic output quotas. Complaints fall on deaf ears. The attitude of the company these days seems to be "let them burn out".
