401k contributions 5% company matching. Vacation time is above average.

Cons

Metrics rate your performance, bonus and if you can progress. Increased the amount of days employees have to be in the office and cut the amount of work from home weeks by 75%. No reward for good quality or customer service.

Flexible schedule for appointments Accepting and easy to talk to team mates and directors Hybrid schedule Choice in coming in earlier or later given your desired schedule

Cons

Difficult work life balance - the claims will not stop coming in and there is no help available when you feel overwhelmed with several deadlines. PTO was minimal and prep for PTO/coverage was a headache Going back to three days in office Old systems, frequent tech issues No recognition for hard work, no fun team bonding activities for celebrations or incentives Cafeteria food was always undercooked

Remote work (still hires for some roles), good pay, good PTO (starts around 4 weeks/year). Lots of new executive management the last 24 months. Good decisions are being made IMO. Good work life balance.

Cons

Some management is super negative and pretty jaded. The managers and directors.
