Pros

Love the company. Most positions are paid decently. Cheap insurance costs. Decent benefits. Love the hybrid schedule.

Cons

Hate the billing coordinator position. This catch-all department is insane. The expectation is way more than a single employee should have to manage. We're not compensated nearly enough for the amount of responsibility we have. And Unum requires an employee to be in the position for a minimum 18 MONTHS before they can transfer. So if you find your position is not a good fit for you, tough luck. Be prepared to sock it up for a year and a half, and still do well enough to meet your metrics so you're eligible to transfer.
