They screw there customers as often as they can I can't tell you how many people we told COVID victims that were in danger of losing there homes that we couldn't help them any company that thrives on the misfortune of others is not a good business I go to therapy because of how bad I feel having to turn away so many people

Pros

The corporate business structure will take care of you. Many great benefits and the building has everything you need in it. Able to work with you on the hours you desired to work, and the vacation time was very very nice.

Cons

Production-like environment. When it comes down to it, they only care about numbers. Mental Health comes after numbers are down and people start to leave. Never enough staff to keep and always under staffed during the heavy seasons. Very micromanage type of environment. Outside of Voluntary Benefits department, corporate treats other departments better. Depends on how much your department contributes to company success. Hard to move around different departments internally if your director doesn't want to lose you.

Cons

Unethical practices used such as applying unnecessary pressures on employees in hopes of attrition. The current IT leadership does not believe in successful women. There is a significant gap in knowledge to support the company and customers. The company is not competitive with wages.
