Lean Management, Managers who do not stick up for their employees, Micro Management , Constant fear of layoffs.

There is a disconnect between the expectation of high quality work and the volume of work they expect you to keep up with. This job is very frustrating but not impossible. I met some people who were content with their jobs but none that loved what they were doing. Surrounding myself with people who are excited and invested in their work is important for me, so this was definitely a huge con for me.
