Options to move around facilities seem endless, new equipment, depending on which facility you're at workload is low especially on nights and weekends

Cons

Pay is crap, management is crap, U of L Hospital downtown has the best management of all the facilities I've work in thus far. MEH, MCS, and MCSW management could use a revamp but it's been a year or so since I've work in these except MEH.
