Unclear strategy, but work environment is ok

Pros

Smart, friendly people. Work-life balance. Flexibility. WFH. They try to include customers in decisions and hire people with maintenance experience.

Cons

Strategy changes a lot. Past sales, product, marketing leaders made TERRIBLE decisions then left. Old tech. Competitors are winning, tough sales environment. Good talent leaves. CEO tries hard but probably in over his head.

Ridiculous amount of turnover Insane amount of turnover on the sales side Unacceptable amount of turnover in leadership (except for one) "Culture" is a cruel joke. Diversity, a bad joke. Very few staff understand CMMS Preach culture so much it becomes a joke Sales team treated like garbage compared to other staff Finger pointing is so rampant it is hysterical. No one in management points fingers back towards themselves. CEO needs to leave sales alone. Copycat version of E-Maint software --- nothing is proprietary here folks. Stop acting like you invented the wheel.
