      Pros

      Great place to work, if you do well in a remote work environment. Awesome people and an awesome team culture. Great work/life balance since its fully remote. The startup world is usually a love it or hate it environment for most though-so to each their own!

      Cons

      Not very many growth opportunities, zero job "perks or benefits" outside of the typical healthcare plans. Healthcare plans are decent though.

      Pros

      The overall culture is really friendly and nice, the pay is competitive, very understanding if you need to take leave, benefits, work-life balance, overall all a great place to work.

      Cons

      If you are an office person it might not be for you, this is a fully remote position at least for that time of this note.
