Everything about this place is a disaster. Micromanagement out of the CEO who can't manage himself - let alone a successful business. Poor comp plans, poor products, no R&D, no investment, reduced staffing, terrible BU integration. Did I mention a 3rd grader can do a better job with marketing content? Reading the tea leaves - seems to me they are looking for the exits through divestiture. Selling their lemons to someone else. Look at their stock (UPLD) - it tells the tale.
