Business Outlook
Pros
Upland has a very friendly, relaxed environment. The dress code is also very relaxed which is nice coming from a suit & tie job. All levels of management are very approachable and communicative. There are regular, office wide events (baseball games, tailgates, chili cook-offs, etc.) and the camaraderie among employees from all departments is awesome. Growing with a smaller company has been very rewarding.
Cons
Some might be uncomfortable or uneasy with the recent acquisitions Upland has made, but so far the acquisitions have only opened more doors and opportunities.
