Upper Crust is a company that really cares about culture. I have worked at the company and seen it grow for over 10 years and the opportunities that have been offered to those of us who have bought into the vision. The company has grown from 100 to 2,500 employees during my time with the company and I still feel like I can make a difference for our employees and our partners.

Cons

If you do not enjoy a company that sets big goals and works hard to achieve them then this company is not for you.

Compared to previous Jobs, Myself and all other departments in Upper Crust Food Service have much more freedom to work hard and still have a fulfilling life outside of work. The company's vision aligns with anyone that is wanting to grow professionally!

Growing as a company requires change and sometimes change is hard. Other than that, not a lot of Cons!

Has been a great company that allows autonomy for most decisions. Have opportunities to grow and advance.

Cons

Sometimes communication isn't the best and the information isn't received in enough time. Also need to work on making sure all parties are on the same page about decisions before final one is made.
