Staff easy to get along with. You get to design your own course.

Cons

Course availability for teaching is very limited. I wish I could get more than one course at a time, and now it is longer between opportunities.

Pros

UIU affords many lateral opportunities within the firm but many of them are restricted to the primary campus. Even within the outlying centers there are opportunities for growth.

Cons

The policies & procedures have not adapted very well to the changing work climate with very few remote positions available. Pay has not kept step with the passage of time, but the benefits are extraordinary.
