      Pros

      UIU allows the young professional the ability to "wear many hats." This is a unique attribute of the institution and provides many various experiences as well as the ability to learn in a variety of different roles within the institution.

      Cons

      Leadership goals are not clear. Some individuals in leadership roles appear to have no experience or credentials. Some new positions are not advertised; just filled. High turnover. Small rural area.

      Great students. Staff and faculty wonderful. Care a great deal about students.

      Cons

      Process and structure change with little input from those affected by the decision. Communication and morale are poor.
