Pros

Middle and upper management friendly as well as my Duluth side supervisor and most of the office staff is pleasant. Offer sufficient training , tuition reimbursement and CDL training.Four day work week . Flexible scheduling. Premium food discounts a plus. The equipment is very nice 2012_2016 volvo trucks and newer trailers

Cons

Low pay for the industry ($20 / hr) , Hours swing to a low point in spring and during winter months just a part of the business. Health benefits are a laughing stock, some very long days and some ridiculous short days(routed 6 hours)

Pros

Proximity (for me). A lot of freedom. They don't hassle you (too much) if you do your work correctly. Pretty good pay. Dental. Trip pay (also a con). They hire everybody and anyone. They do provide helpers for routes averging above 1200 cases.

Cons

Big time revolving door. Been her 8months and have seen 15 people come and go. Huge loads; Average load is 1,100 pieces of 34,000 pounds that you unload yourself down a narrow "speed ramp". Crappy equipment; from the 2 wheeler to the trucks themselves, just enough to get by. Health benifits; high deductuble plan than doesn't cover much. I almost could get something better on my own. Trip pay, you need these huge Loads to make decent $.
