Pros

Great people and workers. Decent work load, wonderful goal and serves a great purpose to those in need. Before covid the company rewarded the employees often for the work they accomplished, Had decent benefits and matched 401 k.

Cons

Specifically this location had a bad habit of playing favorites and not holding everyone to the same expectations. Raises typically suck, along with promotion pay, but stacked on extra responsibility. High demands to get things done due to poor scheduling which usually resulted in long periods of over time.

You will be micromanaged, and management will never take responsibility for leading teams in the wrong direction. It is always someone else's fault and it's usually yours.

Bonus is decent. A lot of holidays off.

Cons

Compensation is a lot lower then other pharmaceutical companies around town. Management seems to change all the time which means new changes all time so no set process.
