      Pros

      Upsher-Smith treats its employees as family. They respect diversity and forward thinking. They promote from within if it is the right fit and truly care about the end consumer.

      Cons

      Upsher-Smith is a smaller company and does not do national commercial advertising. Upsher-Smith doesn't have the name recognition of big pharma. For some that may be a deterrent but for me I like feeling like it is a family business.
