A great place to work for many years until it wasn't

Room for advancement, great co-workers, pay was above average compared to similar industries. I had a great manager until the end. Privately held by family until 2017.

Cons

Nepotism, mandatory overtime that never ended, bought out twice, products that didn't sell or lost money. Poor decisions made by upper level management which ultimately hurt the business. Closed plant and laid off 170 people 2025.
