Very close knit teams, progressive technology and a leadership team that is very forward thinking. Very big emphasis on creating a culture that is diverse and inclusive.

Cons

In a small company, growth/upward opportunities can be limited, but a focus on employee develpment and 'readiness' is well adopted.
