We encourage you to attend all company meetings, leadership roundtables and bring any direct questions about the company or projects directly to your leadership team. We're trying to do much better as an organization with regard to Rewards and Recognition. Hopefully with the new roll out of USL Rewards, which makes it easier for peer to peer as well as team recognition, you will begin to see some changes there. Pros

Very nice working environment. The pace of projects and expectations are not too stressful like all large public companies are, however that is changing soon.

Cons

Leadership is a bit weak. Depth of knowledge in their respective areas are lacking, and instead lean on their direct reports, which in many cases is also lacking.
