Cons

Middle management is full of brown nosers, insane turnover, and awful work life balance. Coworkers were eager to back stab so you’d be in the dozens of people laid off every March just before the new fiscal year.

-Reputable company with a lot of loyal tenured employees -Solid compensation and benefits plans, and room to grow -Great attention to detail for sales meetings, product launches, etc -Small enough of a team that you can have a direct impact and have access to senior leadership

Cons

-Concerns over long term success of the branded products -Sales training felt like it was lacking at times compared to other companies -Surprising amount of Nepotism in the sales organization
