Pros
Upstart takes care of their employees. I’m often delightfully surprised by the support provided from the founder level down to my direct manager.
Cons
Even though I work in an entirely different field it has become increasingly evident that the operations workforce is not seen as equal to other employees. It’s hard to see their questions and concerns blatantly ignored when they are providing some essential functions for the company.
