      Pros

      Great working environment with whip-smart colleagues, fast pace with support to execute well, few barriers to execution and very little bureaucracy. Leaders are right in the trenches, making time for 1:1s and strategic work with the org. 401k match (unheard of in tech), equity, and excellent benefits.
