Great work environment! Physical therapists are very enthusiastic and caring towards each patient.

Cons

Clinic can get very busy. Doing a lot more work than we are paid to do.

Poor Pay for Unethical Standards of Patient Care

The clinic director of my primary site was a decent human

Cons

Pay is on the low end for portland metro area- $68k Benefits aren’t great, health insurance is relatively pricey for an HSA and while the con ed budget sounds decent ($1500) they make it difficult for you to use anywhere other than at their in-house courses No accountability or clinicians whose care flies in the face of clinical practice guidelines Expect you to see all patients 6x in the first 4 wks regardless of condition, PLOF, financial situation, etc
